Dear experts,
I have some problem regarding transefered credit specialy in case of reimbursement terms which usualy is mentioned in feild 78 .
wether or not the reimbursement cluase determined in transeferable credit by issuing bank is quoted in feild 78 of transefered credit without any changing?

Transfer L/C
Hi Hassan,
In my opinion, I do not think you should alter any term or condition of the L/C except the statement stated in the Article 38 g.
Bear in mind that the L/C is not issued by you, you are only nominated as a transferring bank. Any alternation other than art. 38g should get the permission from the L/C issuing bank.
