Could you please give me anyone relevant atricle on UCP 600 and ISBP that if partial shipment is not mentioned on tle letter of credit permitted or forbidden
does it mean it is allowed

Hi Pal,

In Commentary on UCP 600, art 31 is written:

-Sub-article (a) creates the rule that partial drawings or shipments are allowed even when the credit is silent on this point.-

If L/C does not mention on partial shipment allowed or not allowed, partial shipment may effect. If L/C want to prohibit something, it must stipulates clearly.

Art.31 of UCP clearly states that partial shipments are allowed.
I dont think there is any relevant article in ISBP.

UCP 600 article 2 stipulates that: "Nominated bank means the bank with the credit is available or any bank in the case of a credit available with any bank". According to this definition, a credit available only with the issuing bank, but place of expiry is another bank, that another bank is not a nominated bank. In this case, the issuing bank is also the nominated bank.
