adress amendment of issuing bank

Hello
when a issuing bank amend the adress that the documents will be sent to
is there any opportunity for nominated bank not to accept the amendment (according to ucp 600)

Sorry, i don not see any reason for the refusal if the amendment only relates to such address.

in ISP 98 ART. 3.14
there is a restriction for amending presentation address. moreover there is no any indication on UCP but I wonder whats happens if is a problem for both issuing and corresponding banks in a documentary credit
