Dear friends,
.
From frequently asked questions,
Does nominated bank have the right to recourse from beneficiary under a sight payment/deferred payment/acceptance credit if it has paid, accepted a draft or incuured a deferred payment undertaking?
Consider question if the nominated bank did not confirm the credit but has honoured the presentation. İt is with or without recourse? .
.
regards
with or withour recouse?

with recourse
Hi Navi,
since the nominated bank is not a confirming one, so any honour or negotiation will be with recourse.

with / wihout recourse?
In my opnion, since negotiating bank is not confirming bank there is no definate undertaking from negotiaing bank towards beneficiary. Hence, negotiation by negotiating bank will be with recourse to beneficiary.
