Dear all
If l/c allowed for freight forwarder b/l.How is the right way to signed this b/l by freight forwarder in their capacity (as per isbp para 72)

Dear Narisa ! You get a transport document on which the name and signature(s) of the freight forwarder are shown but does not qualify him in a capacity as a carrier or as an agent of a named carrier. ISBP para 72 refers to multimodal transport, the same/ synonymous words are used in para 95 (B/L) and 138 (AWB). I have not seen such documents in my previous practice. other comments available ?
