art.28b
For your best guidance pls review art.28b of UCP 600. Viceversa still applies given the structure of the credit as indicated by youl. It is a customary practice that insurance company will issue an insurance document indicating no. of original issued (in case issue more than one original) either by ' this policy was issued in 2 originals' or within content to stated that original and duplicate have been issued' . This is for its protection.

NO
If the insurance policy presented in duplicate without showing no.of original issue, this will not be taken as a discrepancy.narisa wrote:Dear Christian

There is no such requirement in UCP.
