2nd advising bank

Dear all !!
In ucp art 9 (c) said that "an advising bank may utilize the services of another bank (2nd adv bank)
to advise the credit and any amendment ..."
my question is , can the 1st adv bank choose to utilize 2nd adv bank by themselves or as l/c stipulated in field 57a ?

Both of them will be considered as 2nd advising bank here.
