Hi everybody,
Is it mandetory to mention in the transferrable credit that Third Party documents are acceptable?

I think the answer is no.
There is no definition of Third Party documents in UCP.
Any bank invloved in transferrable credits should not refuse the dox issued by the second ben unless the transferrable credits stipulate the issuer of the dox.
