Is the carbon copy of BL duly signed by handwriting consider original or not.

Hi,
BL must indicate the number of original issued and must be submitted the full set as indicated on it. This means that the BL must state on its face that it is an original.

Dear lydia ,

if the l/c requesting 1/3 b/l to presented only
and a carbon copy presented not bearing any indication that its a copy and signed by handwriting
it will be accepted as an original
