Can someone explain to me how leasing of SBLC takes place. My concern is where does the leasor draw his comfort by giving me a 100% SBLC without security (as he only charges me maybe 5% of the value)?

Did they ask you to sign some promissory notes or personal guarantees?

Hi Pal,

I heard about these transactions SBLC vs SWIFT MT 103 with field 23. I think this is used in bonds, stocks etc to enhance the current value and for great amounts.
