shipment from port and manufacturing in two different countries. Can it happen? Does this transaction need a Multimodel BL?

IMHO i don't think that due to the fact that goods that has to be shipped from two different countries should require Multimodal B/L.
Lc may require B/L but there will be indicated two port of loading. In such fact while checking this B/L you should consider E6 H. in isbp.
