What Is Insured Invoice?

Post by LCTest » Tue Mar 17, 2015 11:19 am

I received DC which is CIF. However, it did not ask presentation of insurance certificate, but insured invoice is acceptable. What does this mean? Is it only certain countries would allow this?

Hi

Agree with picant. This seems to be an error. Have discussed with colleagues as well. No one is aware of anything called as an insured invoice

Other comments welcome

Probably it doesn't mean an independent document. It seems it indicates an invoice referred by an insurance document that has the related contents as the invoice.
