Hi Pal,

nobody may prohibit you to earn 100% in this transaction!
Being referred to the whole quantity, there are no partial shipments.
Ciao

dear,

yes

no one can prevent the middle man for getting profit margin like 100 %

respect partial shipment, as total quantity transferred too in one transfer to one 2nd beneficiary it is ok with the credit and the transfer would be valid

How to Pay comissions to brokers through lC

Post by globalgoods » Wed Apr 01, 2015 9:48 pm

I have a contract to be signed for 200,000MT/month with a Profit of $40 and I need to pay $10 for each of my brokers who are abroad. My company is in India,as per Indian rules only 1 million usd per year outside India.I need to transfer 2millionusd/month for each of my broker. Is there any possibilities to do through LC.

If partial Shipments are allowed can I add my brokers as secondary beneficiaries/?.If so what are the documents I need to get from them

100% Profit In Transferable LC

Yes the 1st bene can transfer for 50% of the master lc amount.
However as the partial shipment is prohibited in the master lc, the transfer cannot be done to more than 1 second bene and the quantity should be transferred in full

100% Profit In Transferable LC

Post by dinesh2476 » Wed Jul 17, 2019 6:23 pm

Dear experts,

Have we come across a case where 100% transfer to 2nd Beneficiary with 1st Beneficiary wishes to replace
some of documents post receipt of documents at 1st Beneficiary bank?

as there is no concrete procedure to agree/disagree,why would one wish to do that
rather then allowing 1st beneficiary to send the documents directly to issuing bank as 100% transfer.

Thanks & Regards
Dinesh
