Partial Shipments

Post by picant » Mon Dec 01, 2014 11:20 pm

Hi Pal,

art 31 UCP 600 is clear

a-Partial drawings or shipments allowed-

So if you dont want partial shipments you must clause the l/c with prohibited, not allowed or the like, regarding these shipments-

Other comments appreciated

Ciao

Hi,
UCP-600 article 31a clears it.
If Lc is silent about Partial shipment then Partial drawings or shipments are always allowed.
If u want to prohibit partial shipment u must clearly prohibit in In LC
