The LC requires Mill test certificate . Certificate presented without signature. Is this a valid discrepancy your comments appreciated it

Hi Pal,

a certificate must be signed and probably dated as per A4 ISBP.

Actually the original certificate must be signed as per A31 (a) of the ISBP.
