According to ISBP 745 B15, A draft is to be endorsed, if necessary.
Could any friend here tell me under what circumstance a draft is to be endorsed, and how to
endorse?

In my opinion, when a draft is made to order of bank or drawer, the said bank and the drawer which is mentioned in the draft needs to blank endorsed
