Wording Of Reimbursement Undertaking

A beneficiary wants to have a reimbursement undertaking for a LC issued in its favor. What will be the wording in reimbursement instruction in LC.

Hi Pal,

reimbursement conditions are for banks not for beneficiary.
This beneficiary is too invadent, specially if l/c is available by negotiation.
