Dear members
Beneficiary presented documents requiring FCR . Discrepancies noted not mentioning freight collect . Can the beneficiary take FCR and have it corrected and present documents again since LC has not expired yet

FCR CAN REPLACE

I hope issuing bank pointed out discrepany under article 16 iii, b &c. In this case you received discrepancy advise notice. You may replace this documents my presenting new FCR.
Question : Forward will issue new cargo receipt or not? Whatever you may request from bank for return original FCR to replace with new.
