Hi Pal,

in few words a transport document stamped with freight prepaid states that the cost of transportation has already paid and the receiver of the goods can get the same without paying the carrier(in effect the main freight costs are paid, some ancillary charges could be request at destination), in freight collect the goods will be delivered at destination by the carrier against payment of transport costs.
The goods will be or have be paid a part:

Freight collect means the importer has to pay and prepaid means the seller has already paid. These notions on BOL should correlate with the Incoterms used also..

Dear Manjur,
.
Freight Prepaid and Freight Collect are terms used to indicate whether the consignor (the sender of the freight) or the consignee (the receiver of the freight) has the primary liability to the carrier for the shipping charges.
.
I solicit your clemency in proceed if it is insignificant predicament.
